Our Fine Mesh
Our fine mesh ranges from 1 opening per linear inch up to 400 openings per linear inch.
Materials our fine mesh are made of include mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel 304 (SS304) and 316 (SS316). Other materials available upon request.
You can find our mesh in sheet sizes ranging from 36″ up to 60″.
Terminology
When dealing with fine mesh, there are several terms you will need to be familiar with:
Mesh Count – The number of openings per linear inch. A higher number indicates more openings, and thus a finer mesh.
Wire Size or Gauge – Describes the size of the wire.
Width of Opening – In inches or millimeter
Open Area – Total opening % of the mesh
Material – This is a description on what the mesh is made of and varies depending on the individual product.
Product Size – This is the final size of each sheet of mesh.
